Beginning in the early 1980s, Miller & Mallett, P.A. has emphasized the legal protection of victims of personal injury and has represented thousands of clients. Miller & Mallett, P.A. occupies a four-story, 9000-square-foot Victorian Mansion located in the Historic District of Little Rock. With a staff of fourteen people including six attorneys, cases are handled with a thoroughness and expertise not available to smaller law firms. We are always ready to go to court, but thanks to our reputation, most of our clients never have to see a courtroom. We work hard to settle cases before they ever go to court. If a lawsuit does need to be filed, more than half of those cases are settled at mediation. When we do have to go to court, though, we are ready to fight for you. Because around here, you matter.
